Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Workday
Extensive experience with implementations as an HR functional lead. One or more full life cycle implementation/upgrade experience. Solid understanding of setup tables, processing, and reporting requirements Solid understanding of various HR business processes
Ability to develop creative solutions
Workday Certification and experience (good to have)
Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
Primary Skills Consulting and functional/advisory experience in Workday HR Experience in a HR SAAS/cloud consulting environment
Consistently produce clear, concise status reports
Builds confidence and trust with clients
Displays effective analytical skills
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
