Duration of hire – Contract for 6+months.
BS in Computer Science or equiv 7+ years Unix administration Proficiency in LDAP servers and VLANs in hybrid MS AD – LDAP environment Expert in DNS, Apache, various MTAs Strong scripting skills in 2+ of shell, PHP, Perl, Python (shell, Perl preferred) Expert in Veritas storage environment Advanced skills in security tools like ssh tcp wrappers etc Knowledge of Oracle Expert in Sun Clustering and HACMP
Responsibilities:
System administration, automation, capacity planning. Troubleshooting and change management. Rotating on-call escalation support SME for all UNIX Administrators.
